🌕 Opening on the Full Moon
On the first night, we gather under the Full Moon for a welcoming ceremony and opening circle.
Together, we ground into the land, let go of what’s ready to be shed, and howl, laugh, breathe, and release under the moonlight. This is the moment we cross the threshold from everyday life into sacred time.
The Full Moon illuminates what is ready to be seen, released, and reclaimed. From the very first night, we step into a living ceremony with ourselves, each other, and Mount Shasta — the Root Chakra of the World — allowing the land to hold us as we remember who we are.
🗻 The Land as Teacher
Mount Shasta is more than a location,
it’s a living temple.
Each day, we journey together to carefully chosen sacred sites. Places of power, water, stone, and deep stillness, guided with reverence, intuition, and respect for the land.
Rather than following a fixed itinerary, the journey unfolds in relationship with the group and the land itself.
You can expect:
✨ Pilgrimages to powerful natural portals
✨ Time in pristine, sacred waters
✨ Listening practices with the land
✨ Learning how to sense, feel, and communicate with place
Here, the land is not a backdrop, she is an active participant in your remembering.
💧 Sacred Water & Elemental Connection
On Thursday, we begin the day with a sacred water ceremony, connecting with the ancient Mt. Shasta headwaters and learning to work consciously with water as a living intelligence.
You will:
💧 Fill your own water bottle from a sacred spring purified for over 40 years within Shasta’s volcanic body
💧 Experience the elements as allies and teachers
Water flows through the retreat as both medicine and mirror, gently opening intuition and emotional wisdom.
🎨 Body, Voice & Expression
Your body is not something to transcend, it is a sacred vessel of remembrance.
This retreat invites you to explore expression through play, sensation, and presence:
✨ Somatic movement to open intuitive channels
✨ A body paint ceremony as a rite of visibility, play, and reclamation
✨ Ecstatic dance liberation
Nothing is forced. Everything is invitational.
You are free to participate in the ways that feel most alive and true for you.
🕯️ Lammas / Lughnasadh Feast, August 1
During our time together, we honor the Celtic holy day of Lughnasadh (Lammas), the ancient festival of first harvest.
Lammas is a time for:
🌾 Harvesting wisdom from lived experience
🌾 Offering back to the Earth what we have received
We gather for a sacred Lammas feast, intentionally prepared, shared, and blessed together. Celebrating both the harvest of the land and the harvest of your own becoming.
Celebrating our final night with a delicious feast that anchors all the magic and memories we've made together.

🌿 What’s Special About This Mt. Shasta Retreat
This retreat is not just a getaway — it’s a profound initiation into harmony, healing, and embodied intuitive feminine wisdom.
Unlike typical wellness retreats, this experience weaves together somatic healing, intuitive spiritual guidance, sacred ceremony, and creative self-expression. Every element is intentionally designed to help you soften out of burnout, reconnect with your essence, and remember who you truly are beneath the “doing.”
This retreat is especially powerful for women who have done “all the inner work” but still feel tired, disconnected, or overly in their masculine drive. Here, healing happens through presence, play, ritual, and being deeply seen.
Rather than pushing transformation, we allow it to unfold organically in a nurturing, mystical, and grounded container. You leave not only inspired, but regulated, clear, and re-enchanted with your life.
The result is a return to your natural harmony, where intuition is stronger, your body feels peaceful, and your outer life begins to reflect your inner truth.
This is more than a retreat.
It is a sacred remembering.
